There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: S. Bento: (6 min walking)
- The nearest Train Station: S. Bento: (6 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Overall it was a beautiful place. Consider towel racks and TP holder in the bathroom . Also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, we had to purchase our own.

We love the location, it was easy to get there and to walk to the site seeings, including the Riviera. One thing that was a little disappointment was the construction next to the building. The works started early in the morning around 6:30 am which made it impossible to sleep in. Also, we were at this location for 7 nights, and only the sheets that were on the beds, one shower towel and one hand towel for each person were left in the apartment. It would have been nice to have at least two sets of each. We could not do laundry because there was not a dryer and it rain almost every day so could not put stuff outside to dry. There was mold in the shawer’s tiles and door.

The property is amazing and the host very responsive and easy to deal with. We wish we could have met him but he was out of town. He offered a lot of ideas that were helpful before we got there. The only suggestion we have is to have a bit of variety for breakfast, like maybe a different ham and a different cheese now and then. Other that that, it was well done; Jessica did a fantastic job for us.

Location and terrace are great. 4th floor, but we're in our 60's and it wasnt an issue.Place is not the cleanest.Listing says it has a washing machine, but it doesnt. When we reached out, we were offered to send laundromat receipts and they'd cover it.( listing hasnt been changed)Kitchen is poorly equipped. Only 1 wine glass, no cutting board, no dish towel. We reached out and were told they'd get back to us..still nothing lol.Bed is very hard and uncomfortable.
