There is a cancellation fee of $175.00 at any time of cancellation. One of the guests must be over 25 years of age to stay at the property. This is a strict no smoking property, should any smoking be found, the security deposit will automatically be withheld, will not be refunded, and the guests will be asked to leave the property immediately, no questions asked. Pool and hot tub access is limited and open only during the summer and winter seasons when Big Sky resort is open to the public and is fully operational. Going on 4 years we have only ever stayed at the Shoshone -- we love being next to ski school and the kids and I love having the hottub and outdoor pool at night. This unit felt a little bigger than most units, the sleeper sofa was in very good condition, and the blanket and pillow collection were a cut above the rest. Also the management group was very responsive.

Great accomodations. Easy drive to any restaurants. And super easy access to the mountain. Hot tub / sauna were nice after skiing. Pictures were accurate to what was offered at the condo. All around excellent stay.
