911 Sealoft Villa is an adorable, free standing Seabrook Island cottage across the street from the beach boardwalk. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach cottage is well-appointed and stylish with multiple decks, gas grill, outdoor shower, and tranquil interiors.
This beach cottage boasts updated interiors and new wood floors throughout! The living area is adorable and comfortably furnished with a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and large picture windows that overlook palm trees and the marsh offering great views and abundant light. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and a nice eat in area. It is well stocked and offers everything you need for in house dining convenience. Grab some local shrimp and grill them up on the gas grill! Keurig and regular drip coffee makers for the java enthusiasts!
911 Sealoft Villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. Most Sealoft Villas have 2 baths, so this is a bonus! The master suite is on the main level and features a quality king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tile shower and a private deck to enjoy the tranquil, marsh views. Bedroom 2 is also located on the main level with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan for fresh air circulation, a queen size bed and an updated bathroom with a tub/shower combo, accessed from the bedroom or the hallway off the kitchen. Head upstairs for the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, TV, a private bath with shower and a private deck with expansive views.
Sealoft Villas Seabrook Island are nestled in a secluded setting with beach access across the street, a community pool and a quick bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Great location. We rented bikes to ride to the walkway out to the beach. It is a longer walkway with steps but the landscape getting there is beautiful! The Easy bike ride to the club pool and restaurant. The kitchen was well equipment but needs to have more forks. Sliding door to the second floor porch was really hard to open and close. Second floor bathroom door needs a little adjusting in order to close. We would stay here again.

911 Sealoft Villa is a great property. Very nice set up for our family of 4 - spouses + 2 kids (teenage boy and girl). We each had our own rooms. Location is perfect. Short walk (~5 min) to the beach along the boardwalk access point #3A. We had a few minor issues when we arrived and management company quickly addressed the same day. Overall, house is well appointed in kitchen and baths. Good starter set of products on arrival. Washer/Dryer a bit small but cycles were quick with smaller loads. There was 2 beach chairs but umbrellas was broken. We rented bikes to get around the island which we would recommend. The grill was in great shape and tank was full so we enjoyed a few nights of BBQ. Two small suggestions - provide beach towels to use (future guests remember to bring) and TV's in bedrooms. We had TV in living room and small one upstairs in loft. I would totally recommended and would come back again to stay.
