The property consists of:
- A single-story house of approximately 200 m², comprising:
• 3 bedrooms, all with ocean views, each with its own en suite bathroom.
One of these is a 30 m² master suite with a 180/200 bed.
Another bedroom with a 180/200 bed and a third bedroom with 4 90/200 beds.
• A spacious built-in kitchen that opens onto a large dining room and living room with a TV, fireplace, and wood-burning stove, and leads out to a large, shaded terrace overlooking the sea.
• Large round infinity pool with a terrace equipped with a beach umbrella and lounge chairs.
• Several terraces on the property for breakfast,
aperitifs, meals, or relaxation, with a direct view of the sea.
• A pétanque court in the shade of cork oaks and strawberry trees.

- It is also possible to rent a second house of 80 m² located 100 m from the main house. It consists of a large living room with a built-in kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a fireplace and TV, opening onto a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea.
