Merganser Condo is a wonderful and cozy place to make your homebase for excursions all over the coast of Washington. Perfect for couples and small groups, this is a great place to make your home-away-from home.
MERGANSER CONDO
Up to four guests are welcome here between the bedroom and its queen bed and the sleeper sofa in the living area which can easily accommodate two guests. A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, flatware, and everything you need to cook your own meals before enjoying them at the adjacent dining area.
An inviting living area features a couch, coffee table and two comfortable leather recliners, all centered around a TV with DVD player. From your seats here, you can take in the tremendous view of the Pacific Ocean, the dunes, and the seabirds that flit about them. In good weather you can adjourn to the private deck and smell the sea air. Dogs are welcome with our standard per dog, per night fee.
Please note that the fireplace in this unit is currently not available for guest use.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.
During the Spring and Summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing, so you can catch something for dinner later!
Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay, too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips Beach and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hi-Tide and loved the access to the beach as well as the Moclips River. The facility is very well maintained.Our only issues were:1- our unit was right next to the stairwell and some folks clomped up and down the stairs at times we were trying to sleep2- we phoned several times with a question prior to arrival and never received a call back. Ultimately, we messaged through VRBO and had our question answered that way.

We had a great time and the location is the best ever being located in the most north west corner of Moclips next to reservation land snd it is a very secluded and magical place. Lots of places to walk in serenity and peacefulness along the beach and the inlet. Above average in privacy the weekend we went with most of the units unoccupied. Would have given it a five out of five stars except no one came to give us clean towels or supply any of our other needs or give us a fresh log for the fireplace which we were supposed to get daily. I had to go downstairs and knock on a lot of doors and talk to someone who did not speak English and luckily, I speak a little Spanish to get clean towels and I forgot to ask for the fireplace log so no cozy fireplace fire our second night which was a bummer. Our unit had a TV and VCR combo that had two pages of instructionsand it was difficult to stream our favorite channels and on and on our last day, we couldn’t get it to do anything. Watching TV should not be that complicated. But overall, we had a wonderful time and it was great place to go if you have children or dogs and we will go again but pick a unit with a better TV and get all the towels and fireplace logs we need for our stay on the first day since you cannot reliably find anybody once you check in.

We had a great stay with our dog. Very dog friendly condo complex with dog wash station and towels. Loved the clam cleaning stations and views were amazing watching the eagles fly. Not high end, but exactly what we were expecting given the great price. We stayed for 5 nights and plan to return soon!

The property is well located to exploring the coast and forests. It has easy access to the beach. It was a quiet place while we were there (end of June). Unfortunately, our unit smelled like it had been occupied by a smoker in the past (like the smell was in the walls), even though it is a smoke-free place. The unit was clean but the smell really bothered us the whole time we were there. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make our own meals.
