New contemporary villa of 130m2 any comfort exceptional view on the Lagoon of Thau "On the beach" - exceptional site

On a ground closed and sported of 550 m2 this home of 130 m2 new any comfort with modern facilities and quality includes:
- a large living room of 65 m2 opening onto 2 spacious terraces
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave-oven, dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob ...) open to the living room.
- 4 BEDROOMS including 3 overlooking the Lagoon: 3 bedrooms with a bed 160 cm with cupboard, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm with cupboard
- 2 bathrooms, equipped with bath and walk-in shower
- 1 large wooden deck with a spa overlooking the lagoon (6 seats) (with direct access to the beach), garden furniture, deckchair
- 1 large terrace equipped for a summer kitchen (barbecue, worktop, sink)
- 2 separate toilets
- Flat screen TV
- Safe
- Air conditioner
- 40m2 garage with washing machine
- WIFI access in the villa
The cleaning fee is mandatory 120 € and must be paid on the day of arrival, they include: cleaning of the villa at the end of the stay, linen (sheets, towels, bathrobes for the spa, tea towels and towels). ...) possibility of cleaning mid-stay.
Possibility 2 extra people with 2 extra beds charged 100 euros each per stay.

Fabulous property, beautiful views over the lagoon, nice for swimming and always something interesting to see. We had a relaxing stay, the hot tub is a bonus. We were very impressed with the property and the owners were very helpful.

We booked for a family birthday and it was so much more than expected. Villa has everything you want and more.... the sunsets are amazing.
The owner helped arrange a booking for a meal as we wanted something a little different and she helped us find this. So helpful and made things just a little bit easier.
A stay that I will remember 😊

Our time at the villa was amazing. Waking up with the few on the sea, relaxing in the whirlpool with a glass of champain and warm temperatures in January made our vacation to a very good start in the new year.
The landlords were very kind to us and everything went very well.
All in all we enjoyed the the time at the villa very much and recommend a holiday trip.
