About this apartment rental
Our Condotel is located in Tradewinds Plaza # 309 on the 3rd floor and is bright and cool. Very clean room with remodeled sink, fresh paint and new bathroom sink.
The room has a queen bed and a double chair, plus air conditioner. The living room has a 43inch Cable TV, Wi-Fi set-top box, The bathroom is equipped with towels.
The kitchen is simple, refrigerator, microwave, mini ovens, electric kettles.

The kitchen is small, but there is a fridge, microwave, mini oven, electric kettle, and small tableware for simple cooking.
*The kitchen electrical cord is activated only by turning on the switch in front of the sink.
Please Be sure to turn off the air conditioner when going out.
★★ The air conditioner in Balcony and if it is full, please put it in the toilet bowl.
The kitchen electrical cord only works if you turn on the switch in front of the sink.

You can park in the building, but parking in on a first come first serve basis, and you have to park on the first floor only or you mat park in one of the 3 spaces to the right of the garage as you face the building.
On very rare occasions if there's no parking space, park in the parking lot below:

The location of this condo was amazing! We stayed all five nights of our Oahu trip. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants! The beach was an easy one block walk! The location with FREE parking was what sold me when I booked. We did not have any issues with parking (early May). I can see where it may become an issue during a busier time of year. The neighbors were all friendly and we would not hesitate to stay here again! It would have been nice to have shelving in the shower to put toiletries on but shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were attached to the wall so that helped. Also, the posted signs in the condo are all out of date so you must carefully read your messages in VRBO to understand the rules of the condo. Registration is through a QR code now not a clipboard with a paper registration. Not a big deal but time consuming to locate the correct instructions. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great location a block from Waikiki Beach and many restaurants and shops (very walkable). We were able to easily drive to our hikes and snorkeling spots from this location. The unit itself was clean and met our needs. Check-in via a lock box was easy. We were able to find a parking spot in the free garage the first 4 nights, but on our last night we got back to the VRBO a bit later (5:50pm), and there were no spots. We had to pay 50 to park in the Waikiki Banyan parking garage a couple blocks away. This was especially inconvenient since we were packing up to leave. I let the host know, and he said we could have parked across the street at the Aloha Property for free (but we had no way of knowing this at the time). Overall, it is a great property and one of the few that offers free parking. We also appreciated having access to a washer/dryer (located in the parking garage). Thanks for a great stay.

Communication was a bit off, but the host did share the details in time. Some stains on the beach towels as well.Soap, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom.Overall great Waikiki access.Taylor

This is a clean and simple place for 1-2 people in a great location with a parking spot included. It had everything we needed (beach towels & chairs & even boogie boards). The bed is quite comfortable and inside most everything has been updated. There are of good restaurants in walking distance and the beach is 2 short blocks away. Great value, especially if you'll be renting a car!
