About this house rental
Exclusive Farm, located just over 1 km from the sea, is part of a single property divided into two completely independent houses with separate entrances situated directly opposite each other. What truly sets our home apart is its setting: just a few minutes from the sea, nestled in the Mediterranean scrub and surrounded by a green lawn spanning over 2,500 meters, it offers tranquility after a day spent visiting one of the countless beaches along our coast—without sacrificing any of the comforts you’d expect. The house is spread over two floors, featuring a living area with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a small alcove used as a laundry room. Carefully furnished with high-quality materials, this part of the house will provide you with everything you need. The living room, which is very bright thanks to its large window, offers a spectacular view of the Sale ’e Porcus salt marsh, located just beyond the boundary of our property and within walking distance. It is here that, from fall through late spring—and sometimes even in summer—you can admire the pink flamingos, which find refuge in the salt flats. Returning to the house, a short flight of wooden stairs leads to the sleeping area, where you’ll find two bedrooms and the second bathroom—which, like the others on the property, features natural stone finishes. One of the two rooms has no windows. Both are equipped with closets and air conditioning.
Returning to the first floor, in the outdoor area in front of the house’s entrance, there is a beautiful veranda with a wooden patio, also fully furnished with sofas, lounge chairs, a dining table, and a small barbecue—ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner al fresco surrounded by nature in a postcard-perfect landscape. Access to the property is via an entrance with an automatic gate, and you can park your car next to the house. In the evening, the entire property is illuminated by an automatic twilight-sensor lighting system. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and outdoors near the house. Fully equipped, it is the ideal place for a wonderful vacation.

It is a beautiful location. Even at the end of November/beginning of December we had every morning breakfast outside on the patio. A special place for people who like nature and wildlife, especially birds. We very much enjoyed the generious garden and the direct view on the lagune with the flamingos. The house had
everything we needed.
Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Friendly, welcoming host and collaborator. We had a great stay.

We have loved every day of our 14-day holiday. The house is in the countryside with a lovely view on a smal lake (that is mostly dry in the summer). The house has all the facilities you need and a porch that gives a lot of shade when it's hot. Though we haven't met our host Alessandra, the communication via Whatsapp was very good and she was very helpful with pracital and touristic infirmation. All in all: a place to come back to!

A very well kept house and garden about 1km from the beaches of Puntu Izu. The house is bright and modern inside and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The children enjoyed playing in the garden around and the veranda was a lovely, shaded spot to sit and look at the view.
The landlady was welcoming and helpful and there was plenty of information in the house to show us where to explore the local area.
Overall a lovely stay.
