About this villa rental
Independent villa surrounded by greenery with sea view 3 km from the beach.
It is easily reached from both Altavilla and Trabia (in both cases there is the motorway exit A19).
The villa was created to accommodate travelers who want to discover and experience our island of relaxation, nature, tradition and Sicilian culture. The structure consists of:
- two double bedrooms (triple use);
- a double bedroom with sloping ceilings with height 1.70 with mini bathroom;
- another room with bunk beds for children.
The total number of beds with this distribution is up to 10 people.
There are three internal bathrooms with shower and two outdoor bathrooms (always with a shower) that you can use when you return from a day at the beach.
All interior rooms are air-conditioned.
The house has large outdoor spaces, large porches and a solarium area.
There is ample parking inside the house.
The location of the villa is excellent as it allows you to enjoy the Sicilian flora and fauna at the same time and to reach a few kilometers away (3 km) various supermarkets, restaurants (one of which is just a few meters from the hotel) and a marina. and numerous beaches.
Use of the machine is essential to reach all places of interest.
Furthermore, we have other facilities available, by the sea and in the mountains, with different comforts. To view these two structures, the codes are as follows: 8265119, 6772710.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property in Sicily! I stayed here with seven friends, and the house was perfect for a group our size. It was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped for a relaxing and fun holiday.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts — the pool was fantastic, and there was plenty of room to lounge, and enjoy the sunshine. The setting was peaceful and private, yet still conveniently located for exploring the area.Inside, the kitchen had everything we needed for group meals, and the layout made it easy for all of us to cook, eat, and hang out together. It really felt like a home away from home.The hosts were amazing — friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best stay possible.This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re traveling with a group and want comfort, space, and a great atmosphere, look no further. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a family vacation with 5 adults and 2 kids. This house was an excellent choice. Lots of space for everyone, comfortable beds, kids toys, well equipped kitchen and beautiful pool and outdoor space. Communication with host was excellent. It’s a tiny town but close (30min drive) to bigger places. A cute gelato place with in town. If you’re looking for some chill family time in a beautiful location this is your house.

It was such a nice place. The host was the best that I’ve ever had, and I’m used 2 travel a lot, he was so smart and nice, spoke perfectly English. On the first evening he donated us a pizza for all of us. He always wrote back in a few seconds! And btw. The accommodation is amaaaaaazing. Love it. Please please book this beautiful villa
