Nice quiet neighborhood and the house is just 4-5 houses in from the Atlantic. Kitchen is well stocked with minor appliances plus the expected majors. Plenty of room in both the house and underneath for the truck and boat trailer. The dock easily accommodated our 24’ boat but don’t push it much more than that, 26’ is max but great if that is all you need. Bait freezer and typical fridge/freezer down stairs is a big bonus for not having to lug ice and beverages up & down stairs daily, if you’re boating & fishing daily. And it’s maybe 10 minutes SW of Vaca cut by the boat. Great fishing plus Valhalla sand flat is just north Atlantic side. Island Fish Co restaurant is incredible and minutes away by boat or car, Burdine’s is down by the top end of the 7 mile bridge which is a great boat ride down to. Old school keys character for sure

Very nice property even more beautiful than listing. Great location to everything. We did not take advantage of the boat space but would be perfect if you love to fish and boat. Great communication with property manager Leslie.

Great place, convenient to everything, dock is great and fuel at two conchs, just 500 feet is way cheaper than the rest.
