Enjoy the kayaks, fishing, and some cocktails at sunset. Close to shops and restaraunts in downtown Punta Gorda. Enjoy world class Tarpon fishing. Twenty minutes to gorgeous Englewood beach. A short bike ride to Port Charlotte public beach. Just bring a toothbrush and bathing suit!
There is a pull out couch and also an air mattress if a 7th guest. The beds are all new and oh so comfy mattresses!
The entire living area has a view of the water and dock out back. Enjoy nature right from your living room on the electric reclining sofa. Enjoy coffee or an evening cocktail on the Dock as the sun sets. Watch Dolphins and manatees swim by.
Enjoy a luxurious private tropical retreat in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful, very clean home on a canal in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Loved the decor. We appreciated the home being well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of space and room for 8 people easily. Timely communication with the owners. Super close to restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend. The Camp Family from Michigan
