Boat rental JetSki rental is available 15 min away or we have a 22 foot center console available at the rate of $300 per day, does not include fuel or rental insurance, which normally averages another $40 per day if you decide to run local sandbars or any of the dockside restaurants we have in the area. Boat lunch is public, located 9 homes away at the Charlotte county beach park 24/7 and it’s free.

The property was beautiful! It was well maintained and had everything we needed in it. We stayed two nights and wanted to stay more. The kitchen is loaded with all the cooking utensils and things you could ever need. The host was very kind and helpful. We caught some pretty big fish off of the dock and fishing in the canal and the pool was a lot of fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious property, clean, well maintained. Pool and grill were excellent additions. We had a family of 10 total, and it was perfect! The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
