Main cabin w/ master bedroom with queen bed, 42 inch TV and walk-in closet.
Loft area with full size bed, and loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and 32 inch TV. Loft has short ceiling, perfect for kids/teens/young adults.
Family room with queen and full size sofa sleeper and 50 inch TV.
We offer high- speed WiFi / streaming, self check-in and private parking .
Guest House- Completely separate master suite with a galley kitchennet, walk-in closet with washer/dryer combo and a 42inch TV located on opposite side of main cabin through the breezeway/carport.
Open concept kitchen and family room is large enough for those big family dinners. We supply paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, sponges, hand towels, pot holders, trash bags, and all the necessary pots, pans, bowls, and dishes to cook a perfect family meal.
Screen porch perfect for hanging out with the family. ****Picture ID required when booking**** THINGS TO KNOW- HOUSEKEEPING:
We do not send a cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Only prior to your arrival and after your departure.
We do provide a starter set of disposable and personal hygiene products, but be prepared to need additional supplies based upon your guest count and length of stay. Before booking, please note we cannot accommodate early check in or late check out due to cleaning protocols.

No kittens or puppies
$125.00 pet fee, per stay
Pets must be experienced travelers
NO confining of pets in bedrooms or
bathroom
Provide name, age, breed, and weight of
your pet
Flea/tick control program
Confirm if you will bring a crate or
indoor pet play-pen and use it for when
the pet is left alone at the cabin

beds/sofas/furniture

ENTERTAINMENT:
Please bring your streaming subscription login/ passwords for use on Smart TVs (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount, etc). Streaming is available on all other TVs. Don’t forget to log off at checkout.
WEATHER:
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control.

It is highly recommended to purchase your own travel insurance.
SMOKY MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE:
If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Be sure to put all trash into the garbage cage located outside the cabin, securing the locks. If you leave garbage outside, it will attract little critters.

House smelled immaculate and was clean! Very cozy, split AC kept both sides very comfortable. Host checked in multiple times to assure we were accommodated. Overall 15/10, we would stay again hands down!! The home had a unique and very inviting layout! Loved our stay!!

We stayed here for a week while our son played in a tournament at The Ripken Experience. Both the property and the host were wonderful. I only wish we had more time at the property as I don't feel we got to enjoy all it had to offer. The loft area is adorable....it can be a bit hot in the loft in the summer, however. My son chose to sleep downstairs for cooler temperatures. The fireflies were beautiful every evening. We saw deer and beaver in the backyard. I would definitely like to go back to simply relax and enjoy the cabin.
