Important Note About the Pool & Hot Tub
The swimming pool is not heated. The hot tub section built into the pool is decorative only—it is not heated and cannot be heated under any circumstances. Please be sure all guests are aware of this before booking.

To take full advantage of the lake views, the home is designed with two levels. From the driveway and carport, guests will walk down a set of stairs to reach the front door.

We are pet-friendly and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies for the first dog. If bringing a second dog, an additional $125 refundable pet deposit is required.
Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee, and any damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the refundable deposit.
Pool Rules:
Please no glassware in or near the pool/hot tub—if glass enters the water, the pool must be fully drained per regulation. Guests are encouraged to rinse off after lake use to protect pool chemistry
Pool Maintenance Schedule:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, our pool and hot tub are professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs Tuesday and Friday morning.
Security Deposit for stays OVER 10 DAYS
A refundable security deposit will be requested shortly after your booking if your stay is over 10 days. The full security deposit will refunded upon an inspection of the property at check out where no damages or excessive cleaning needed.
Monthly Cleaning for stays OVER 30 DAYS
Mandatory monthly cleanings are mandatory for stays over 30 days. Cleaning fees are to be paid by the guest.

We love renting lake houses for our family vacations and this is hands down the best one so far. Dawn is a wonderful host, very responsive and gracious. We had our whole family there plus two dogs and everyone had an amazing time. The property was very clean and beautiful. Amazing views as well. We highly recommend!

The house is great right on the lake. We enjoyed the pool while watching the boats go by. We brought a boat along and the public boat ramp was a 10 minute ride. The house came with its own dock so mooring was a piece of cake.

We had a great July 4th family weekend by Lake Granbury. The house was nice and updated. The backyard and pool was wonderful! We spent all of our free time outside as the weather allowed. The baby room worked great for our 2 year old. Dawn, the host, was wonderful and very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone!
