This area is well-known for its adventure tourism, sandy beaches, and vibrant city nightlife, making it ideal for an exciting getaway.
Indoor and outdoor space is a key element of Casita's serene environment. Fresh ocean breeze and natural sunlight flows easily throughout the interior spaces. The interior decor is bright and cheerful, with plenty of natural wood and colorful local art. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of functional work space and is great for entertaining guests.
General Rental Policies:
RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.
A complete listing of terms, conditions and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document.
All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.

Host both met us and checked us out precisely according to schedule. All amenities in fine shape. We really enjoyed the roof patio in mornings and evenings, especially the cathedral Guadalupe fireworks our last evening.

I fell in love with the property and it’s location. .. it’s a beautiful old historical neighborhood. Something out of a movie. Close to a plaza where they got lots of outdoor restaurants and live music. On opposite side is a gorgeous cathedral. And property is close enough to walk to the beach.
