Hidden amongst the pine trees, this rustic yet elevated retreat is the perfect place to get away for a while. Surrounded by nature with scenic views from every corner, this large, cabin-style property invites you and your favorite people to embark on an epic trip to the mountains. With 8 bedrooms, 3 large balconies, a hot tub, and a pool table, your group will have plenty of space to spread out and plenty of entertainment to create lasting memories. We can also have s’mores ready for when you arrive!

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is a very narrow and windy road leading to the property. No oversized vehicles per city regulations.
- The wood-burning fireplace is located in the main floor living room.
- All bedrooms have electric fireplaces.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and also carry chains. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.
Parking Details:
4 cars can park on the driveway.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Insanely spacious property providing privacy for all your guests. Location is spot on, just a stones throw from downtown. The AvantStay team is fabulous providing white glove support.

Our family vacation was superb while staying here. Beautiful place that has everything you need. Would recommend to anyone who wants a fine place to stay while vacationing in Gatlinburg.

This large and comfortable lodge is ideal! It is exactly as pictured and described, and the property management company is exemplary. Every question or request to them was answered promptly and any concerns immediately addressed. The property itself is amazing, with exceptional views of both Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountains. We spent a week relaxing and enjoying both the property and the surrounding areas. Kitchen is well equipped (at least 30 coffee mugs, as an example), beds are comfortable, linens of good quality. Every bedroom has its own private full bathroom, plus two powder rooms adjacent to common areas. The balconies were delightful with plenty of chairs and side tables for relaxing. The outdoor rocking chairs are so comfortable, we all wanted to bring a couple of them home with us! I highly recommend this fantastic home as a gathering place for family and friends.
