We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time!

We came to Utah for a wedding and to visit family and this was a wonderful home base. The location is terrific, the neighborhood was convenient and lovely.The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean. There was an issue with the upstairs air con, but that’s just unfortunate timing. The other small issue is that there was no “Welcome book” with easy access to all of the pertinent information, for instance, WiFi password, trash collection, extra supplies.I finally realized I had to go through the “property portal” but that wasn’t very convenient. Each time you had to sort of “sign in” and it would have been nicer to have it easily accessible all in one place. We missed getting the garbage can out on the day we arrived because we were unaware. It was pet friendly which was fantastic, the listing might mention that the property is a townhome and does not have a yard.

We had a great stay with 6 adults. The place was very clean and well-stocked, with plenty of towels and paper goods. Check-in was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after arriving at the SLC airport at 6 am. The garage was spacious—big enough that we were able to fit our extra-large Wagoneer by parking it diagonally. It was a tight squeeze, but it worked!The location is super convenient—within walking distance to Winco and several places to eat. A big plus was the 3.5 bathrooms, which made it easy for everyone to get ready without waiting. Just a heads-up: all the bedrooms are either upstairs or in the basement, so if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this might not be the best fit. Also, one of the rooms has bunk beds, so while the listing may say it sleeps 12, it might not be ideal for more than 6 adults.Overall, a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. We'd definitely come back!

This was a great place to stay for my family who all converged here for a family reunion. The location to the freeway and to the reunion was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and it was clean and the perfect place for us.!
