Room was really nice and clean. Excellent view of the Lake. Got lucky and watched a awesome fireworks show from the room.

The breakfast is good. Plentiful, with a good variety to choose from. From what I could tell the entire Hotel was one of the cleanest hotels that I've ever stayed in. My room was exceptionally clean. I had room 318. I believe the card on the mirror said Maria as being the one responsible for the room. Great job Maria! The young woman working the front desk during the day was extremely helpful! Very pleasant to talk to, and was very helpful. She said she was from Ukraine. Good job in hiring her!
The phone didn't work. The fixtures in the bathtub were all loose, operational, but all loose. Bad install. There's also enough room for a table and one or two chairs. That would have been helpful.

Great location
Unable to keep up with the amount of people booked onto the property. Ice machines all broken, breakfast food was sparse due to so many people crammed into 4 tables. The hot tub is the size of a bathtub, it technically seats 3. I think there we counted 12 in it when we tried to go.
