About this apartment rental
Very nice air-conditioned apartment of 53 m2 with two bedrooms and a wooden terrace of 35 m2, 150 m walk from the beach.
The beach of Les Lecques is very safe with children. A private parking lot in front of the apartment will allow you to avoid the 'traffic jams' to go quietly to the beach. The apartment is located in a residential area of Les Lecques, tastefully decorated. A beautiful terrace completes this apartment, with plancha, garden furniture, electric blind, deckchairs. From the beach of Les Lecques you can go on beautiful hikes: the path of the customs officers, a delightful walk along the coast. The creeks of Cassis are close by and it is a wonder to take a boat trip from Cassis, where many sea trips are offered. You can spend a day on the island of Porquerolles. Bandol and its wine cellars are 10 minutes away by car. By the sea, you will find many restaurants and pretty shops.
*Deposit of 1000€ and 60€ mandatory cleaning fee*
Electricity is to be paid according to the statement from October to April
