The house overlooks the sea, with direct access. Rocks and a small sandy beach at the foot of the rental property. A gently sloping beach. Terrace with a stunning view of Lecques Bay and the Bec de l’Aigle. Ideal for lovers of the sea—it feels like living aboard a boat, with the wind, the waves, and the sun; everything is there. With the added bonus of the setting sun while enjoying an aperitif. Local shops are 100 meters away. Restaurants and evening markets are close to the property.
The house features a well-equipped kitchen. A living/dining room with a sleeper sofa (160x190), satellite TV, internet via Bbox, and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a dressing area, and satellite TV.
Bathroom with a shower and a large shower stall. Separate toilet
A small bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed and storage space.
An exotic wooden deck overlooking the sea with patio furniture: 6 armchairs + sun loungers.

Wir bereisen das Ferienhaus nun schon seit Jahren ( mit Corona-Unterbrechung). Unserer Begeisterung tut dies keinen Abbruch. Perfekte Lage, gute zweckmäßige Ausstattung, tolle Umgebung. Schon eine Woche reicht um völlig abzuschalten. Einfach nur auf der Terrasse über dem Meer sitzen, hin und wieder mal im Meer abkühlen und abends was leckeres auf der Plancha brutzeln. Zufrieden sein. Wir werden noch oft wiederkommen.

cette location est très propre, parfaitement équipée et avec une vue impressionnante et dégagée sur la mer! accès direct à l'eau très agréable et pratique. Terrasse parfaite pour bronzer et manger face à la mer avec le coucher de soleil ! Et le plus indispensable et très appréciable : un garage !!
