Stayed in Denver on business and this location is great, within walking or short drive to downtown. The neighborhood felt safe with a lot of local dining options right next door.

We appreciated the huge, comfortable bed, and the offstreet parking (rare in Denver!). The location was great for us; we were able to walk to most of the events that brought us to the city. The unit felt spacious & welcoming.
The steps down to the basement could be tricky to someone with mobility challenges; we are in our later 50s and did not have problems with them.
We only heard one quiet WOOF from the dogs; they were no trouble at all. We almost never heard any noise from upstairs.

We had a great stay in Denver. Owners of the building were very nice. The location of the apartment was excellent. There are a ton of great restaurants and bars within walking distance and many more just 5-10 minutes away on a bike/scooter/car. This unit is in the basement so you will hear the owners and their dogs walking on occasion, but we did not find it to be obnoxious. The dogs were super sweet when we encountered them in the back yard a couple of times. This was a great place if you are looking to get out and explore Denver.
