The Space:
This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts all the comforts of home in a prime downtown location. We recently put new flooring throughout the unit December 2024. The open-plan living area is warm and inviting with comfy seating in front of a large flat screen TV, seating at the kitchen bar counter and a fully-equipped kitchen with all you need for your stay in Atlanta. The living area opens to a sunny enclosed balcony with city views below.
At the end of a day of Atlanta activities and events, this condo sleeps 5 guests in a comfortable king bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area and an additional twin foldaway bed for extra guests.
You’ll enjoy the best of convenient downtown living when you stay at the impressive Peachtree Towers, a skyscraper when it was built back in 1962, the first residential building in downtown Atlanta and once the tallest at 23-stories. Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.

Guests have access to the entire condo.
The Neighborhood:
You’re within walking distance to Atlanta’s top attractions including Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Tabernacle and endless restaurants and entertainment venues. You’re less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a short drive to Atlantic Station, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.
Getting Around:
Peachtree Towers has paid parking on the premises and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.
Other Things to Note:
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please contact the concierge staff and they will address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
Please note: Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you fail to upload a valid photo ID and credit card or complete a rental agreement when requested. Additionally, if your credit card payment is declined or does not process successfully, your reservation will be cancelled. These steps are required to verify your booking and ensure a secure and smooth check-in experience

Check in was easy, location central to a lot of restaurants. On the flip side…Condo could use some attention between guest. Arrived to Wendy’s takeout bags in the garbage, long black hairs in the bathroom (tub & floor), ceiling fans caked with dust. The boneless couch is trendy, but very uncomfortable!

Great place! Clean, organized, nice finishings, comfy bed! Perfectly outfitted for my needs. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants/bars and CVS in short walking distance. Also was able to get groceries and stay in, which was helpful. I came for a multi-day conference being held at GWCC. It is an 18 minute walk, or roughly 6 min walk to MARTA. Our event used shuttles which had a pickup across the street - which was awesome! Jodie and her team were very responsive to my questions and the onsite concierge were great too! I would definitely stay here again!
