About this house rental
Treat yourself with this luxury four bedroom home located third row from the beach in beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort! The entire home has been completely updated, a truly 'wall-in' renovation with new furniture throughout as well.
The kitchen is nicely updated with white granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room beside the kitchen seats ten comfortably, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. Adjoining the kitchen and dining room, the living room has plenty of room for everyone to relax.
The large primary suite includes a king bed, Smart TV, en-suite primary bathroom, and access to the private outdoor pool area. The en-suite primary bathroom has a beautiful double sink vanity along with a large custom tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and an en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is wonderfully beachy and has a double sink vanity and custom tiled tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom also has two queens, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and an en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom is beautiful with its custom designed walk-in shower.
The last bedroom is found up a spiral staircase to the second floor loft area. This room contains two queen beds and its own en-suite bathroom. This upstairs guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Outside, you'll be amazed at the huge amount of deck space! With an outdoor dining table, several lounge chairs, a propane grill, and your own private pool, this home has something for everyone to be pleased!

The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

We, along with two other couples most enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Dunes. The location of 2 East Wind was ideal with the beach a short walk away. As active seniors we also enjoyed the beautifully maintained golf courses and the extensive pickleball and tennis facility. We are already talking about returning next year!

Overall the house was what we expected. One unexpected aspect as the access to the 4th bedroom which was only accessed via a tiny circular staircase. We have 8 children in our party and those stairs were not pictured in any of the advertised pictures of the home. It’s a liability for small children and older adults.
