Independent studio of 25m2 (only adjoining our house) with a double bed and a double sofa bed, shower, sink, toilet, TV and TV decoder + Netflix + Amazon Prime Video, kitchen with fridge, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils)
Adjustable coffee table and stools for 4 people to eat.
Independent entrance on the side of the house.
Sheets provided, towels available as well as coffee, chocolate, tea, herbal teas, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...
Located in a very quiet residential area, it is possible to pick up travellers at the Nogent-L'artaud train station (2 min by car or 13 min on foot).
Nogent L'artaud - Paris: 1 hour by train and car.
Possibility to park your vehicle right in front of the accommodation.
We also have a closed garage for motorcycles and bicycles if necessary.
Ideal for your business trips alone or with others, but also for your stays as a couple or as a family.
We have a second studio for 2 people right next to it. Do not hesitate to consult our ad "Studio Millésime" if you need more beds for your stay (subject to availability).
In the heart of the Champagne wine region, you will have the opportunity to visit the Champagne cellars 15 minutes away (Chateau-Thierry) and to travel the Champagne tourist route.
We are winegrowers ourselves and we sell our Champagne on site if you wish, do not hesitate to let us know.
