House was clean. They didn’t have a futon as shown in pictures in the loft so I wasn’t expecting to have the people sleep in the same bed. Island is floating not secured so be careful. We are big into cooking, pots and pans adequate but no real serving bowls or plates. A bit dated overall but good location to the fields. Would recommend they invest in some outdoor furniture. AC worked well.
