The house is very spacious and attractive, and the location worked for our needs. The covered patio was nice for relaxing out of the sun. Communication with the host was fine.There were a few small details that would have made the experience even better. The only dining seating is the 4 stools around the island. While this worked for two couples, it could be an issue for bigger groups. We did not find any water glasses and only 1 wine glass. We could have used more than 1 hand towel per bathroom for a 5 day stay. Only 1 bedroom has a dresser and there were just a few hangers, so we had to use shelving in the closet, which was a bit awkward. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed. None of these were deal breakers.

Overall the house was nice and met our needs. Upon arrival the house was hot, the thermostat was off and the temperature was 78 degrees. We had a later arrival which led to a hot night of sleep because of the time it took to cool the house off. Also we had 2 boys that were wanting to play in the backyard, it was nothing but dirt and tall weeds. This part was obviously left out of the photos…
