Be sure to take advantage of the fantastic community amenities, including a Community Pool and Tennis Court.
When you pull up to this quaint beach cottage, on the Ground Floor you'll find a cozy shaded picnic area in the Carport and an Outdoor Shower that's ideal for rinsing off after a day of fun at the beach. Whip up some delicious fresh, local seafood out on the Park-Style grill and impress your family with an amazing meal. The Laundry is also located in a separate room outside of the condo on this level, so no carrying wet bathing suits and beach towels up and down the stairs!
Head on upstairs to the Middle Level where you can relax in the King Master Bedroom with a TV & DVD player or get the kids settled in the Bedroom with 2 Twins. Each bedroom has access to an attached Full Bathroom as well as access to the Mid-Level Covered Deck with comfortable chairs that are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the quiet of the morning while you watch the sunrise over the trees.
