Centrally located just 4-6 minutes from TN/St. Elmo and Lookout Mountain, it's perfect for exploring Chattanooga. The home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The space
🏡 Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and an additional bedroom featuring a queen bed and two twin beds. Relax in your own kitchen, living room, and take advantage of the wide back porch, pool, fire-pit area, and fully fenced backyard. The front yard offers lovely views of Lookout Mountain.
🛁 Please note, the home has one bathroom, which is compact, so plan accordingly if you're traveling with a larger group.
🌄 Ideally located just minutes from Incline Railway, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and local dining and ice cream spots. Situated near Lookout Mountain and only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Enjoy easy access to the Chattanooga RiverWalk from St. Elmo, connecting you to downtown and the Tennessee River.
🌳 Located in a peaceful country neighborhood, this home is just down the street from a local elementary school and offers a very safe and serene environment.
Guest Access
🛌 Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Enjoy exclusive use of the wide back porch, pool (open May through September), fire-pit area, and fully fenced backyard. The spacious front yard offers a lovely view of Lookout Mountain.
🍂 Please note that the pool is closed from October through April.
We live nearby and are available to assist you whenever needed.
A quiet country neighborhood. There is an elementary school down the street and it is VERY safe.
Other things to note 📝
🏊🏼♂️ The pool technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the pool. He will access the backyard via the side gate, handle pool care, and avoid entering the home.
🚘 The driveway is gravel and accommodates up to 4 regular-sized cars (no large trucks). Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and any potential damage to the property or landscaping.
🏡 The home has a maximum occupancy of 9 guests, which works only with some children included. There is an additional fee of $10 per person (including children) for any guests beyond 6.
🛏️ The home features three bedrooms: the Master bedroom with a King bed, a secondary bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an additional twin bed.
🤫 Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, as there are other homes in the area.
🅿️ Parking is limited to 4 regular-sized cars or 2 cars and one oversized vehicle.
🧸 Infants are welcome, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-and-play.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

We enjoyed our stay in Flintstone, GA. The house was nice, plenty of space for 4 of us to relax and the location was quiet and close to lots of interesting places. If we come back we'll book here again.

The house was perfect. It’s so neat, so clean, comfy and homey. You got tv in each bedroom, and everything you need. Very good neighborhood and close to Chatt’s popular attractions. Joel was also very communicative. I will definitely stay here again whenever visiting Chatt.
