You won’t see views like this every day! Situated right on the water, this gorgeous home has floor-to-ceiling doors and windows that provide breathtaking views of the beach. Inside, breezy linens, pops of color, and plush furniture all come together to create a bright and relaxing atmosphere. Lounge on the deck and watch beachgoers pass by, then grab your boogie boards and head down to catch some waves. Explore the Mission Beach Boardwalk via foot, bike, or skateboard, but be sure to make it home in time to grab a cocktail and catch the sunset from our second-story balcony. Cheers!

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note the unit is a part of a shared building and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur.
- Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The location was amazing. Right on the boardwalk by volleyball courts, close to Belmont and a lot of activities. The check-in process was simple. Parking was perfect which, for the area is really important. The unit had a nice living space with tv and comfortable sofa and chairs. We loved the big dining table for gathering around- meal, conversation, etc. The unit is bright, open and modern. Upon entering the unit, first impressions were very dirty windows and sliding door. Lots of bird droppings on the window and handprints and smudges on sliding door. The cooking pans under the stove were filthy like they weren’t even washed. The patio furniture was uncomfortable with thin cushions that didn’t fit the lounge. The master bed had a tilt in it making it a bit uncomfortable.

The location of this condo can not be beat! The second floor balcony gives the best views of the sunset. You can see the Seaworld fireworks from the side bedroom balconies. It’s perfect for a home-base for families wanting to enjoy the beach and not feel stuck at their rental home while kids take breaks or naps. It was nice to have multiple bathrooms and laundry. The neighborhood was convenient and safe. The only improvements were the balcony couch, master bedroom bed, and some fixable cleanliness things. For the multiple thousands, it should at least have a non-slanted bed and a decent couch for ocean-view lounging early morning coffee and sunset. The windows were also cloudy and the largest one was full of bird poop, so we cleaned what we could daily. The vaccuum needs an upgrade as it barely worked and with all the sand that treks in, it would be beneficial to invest in a working vaccuum for guests to help maintain the property during their stay. All in all, we’ve rented a lot of homes, and we would definitely rent this one again if the management company helped to improve some of the comfort and cleanliness details!

The house is beautiful - wonderful location and great light. Responsive hosts. But the house desperately needs new beds (all of them), appliances (dishwasher and dryer), and kitchen table. This is a nit, but there wasn’t a sponge at the kitchen sink to hand wash dishes (which we had to do because the dishwasher does not clean the dishes). There was a pretty big and loud party on Monday night in the unit below us that went on well past 1am. We almost called the police on them.
