The perfect house for a family getaway or group trip. This house is newly remodeled from the ground up, sparing no expense. Enjoy the lap of luxury while being merely steps to the boardwalk, beach, bay and Pacific Ocean. This South Mission gem is two rentals in one that are being offered as a package deal. The front unit features 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, laundry room, an entertainers open concept kitchen/living room combo, a wine bar, 4 flat screen TVs, two car garage, and a spacious courtyard with built in barbecue and fire pit. The rear unit features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, washer, dryer, open concept kitchen/ living room combo, three flat screen TVs, two exterior parking spots, and a small deck with propane bbq and bistro table. Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of ten to gather or separate. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, and umbrellas. The patio is quiet and comfortable. Kevin is quick to respond. We would definitely recommend !

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property over the summer and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The house is spacious and clean with plenty of room and plenty of sleeping quarters for everybody to stay. I enjoy the bay side as it’s much quieter than the ocean side. Also a huge help for us is the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. As we travel from Arizona to visit and save a ton of room, not having to bring that equipment. The few times that I have had to reach out to the property contact. He has been extremely helpful and responsive immediatel. Highly recommend this place.
