Directly on Ocean Front walk boardwalk. Located in South Mission Largest Private Patio on Mission Beach facing the Sunset. This is a luxury, three bedroom, two full bathroom unit with a large beautiful marble kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. It has been recently renovated with State of the Art Appliances and amenities. The Master Bedroom and Living room have direct Ocean front views. Bedroom 1 has a King bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 Full Bunk beds and 1 trundle twin bed and sleeps 9 Children or 5 adults comfortably. It is on boardwalk and 3 steps from the sand. The large private patio is 50 feet long and encompasses the entire front ground floor of the property and is the exclusive use of our renters only. The Patio is not fenced in so parents need to be aware of toddlers. The spacious beach front patio has a built in BBQ and a fire pit to roast your s'mores and warm up as the evening cools down. This house is an ideal location in South Mission Beach, very close to restaurants, bars and Belmont Park.

One of the favorites experiences our mom enjoys is the beach so to be able to secure a home right on the beach was such a wonderful gift to give her. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate the people who joined us! We got wonderful remarks from everyone, all of which said it was a such a beautiful place. The outside space waa Great too.

Check-in was seamless and we could not ask for a more comfortable, cozy place for our family to hang out. Any issues we had were addressed promptly and resolved. The location of the property couldn't be more perfect and we were happy just hanging out on the big patio during the day and comfy living room at night. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay -- items for the beach as well as the house. This was our second time renting this property and we will be coming back for sure!

Rented this great place right on the beach for a 60th surprise birthday party. Had lots of friends come in from out of town and universally everyone loved the place. The patio is awesome with plenty of room and opens up right into a very roomy main room inside that flows right into the large kitchen. The kitchen island worked really well for setting up food. Plenty of seating for large groups. Host was really great and super responsive to any questions we had. The garage is very, very tight (and filled with bikes, games, boards, etc.) and really only for a pretty small car but the extra added reserved space is amazing. And nearby parking was also pretty easy to get. Great stay, thanks Julie!

It was a wonderful get away for family from out of town. It was steps from the beach and close to Belmont Park which offers fun for everyone. Parking spots were helpful. Plenty of essentials in the kitchen including spices. Plenary if room for all of us and local family to visit. When the patio door is open you feel like you’re sitting on the beach while. Also, lifeguard station provides a beach wheelchair so elderly can get to the water with ease. Great place!

This property could not have been more perfect for my family. Besides being spotless, tastefully decorated and easy to check into, it was so comfortable we could not have felt more at home. There were blankets and pillows for everyone to get cozy indoors and seating for everyone to be comfortable outdoors.We were not lacking for anything! Everyone slept so well and remarked about the comfortable beds. Many naps were taken on the living room couches as well. The indoor space with it's ocean view was all about comfort and the outdoor space was unbeatable. We had everything we needed to cook and with the outdoor grill and fully stocked kitchen most of our group never left the property except to go to the beach! There were plenty of restaurants close by to pick up food for lunch that we ate on the property because no one ever wanted to leave! Having our coffee and breakfast at the big table on the patio, watching surfers, dolphins and waves and enjoying the fresh air was divine. The only thing that would have made this vacation rental better would have been a longer stay. My family, who came from all over the country for our four night reunion is already talking about returning next year. We loved it! Thank you, Julie, for providing us with an outstanding vacation!

The listing says sleeps 12 but wasn't sure how you could sleep that many. Especially since the trundle bed in the room with the bunk beds was not accessible. You couldn't pull it out from under the bunk as it was next to the closet doors. And you would have had to sleep two people to each of the bunk beds, which seemed very small to do that. The front door was into one of the bedrooms, so to use it you walked through the bedroom. Not ideal. The kitchen and living room areas were great. The living room opened up onto an amazing patio. the Master bedroom and shower were very nice. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. Not very many everyday knives, but plenty of everything else. Great fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Well supplied with everyday necessities. Lots of beach toys and such. We loved the gas fire pit, cushioned benches, umbrellas and outside dining table. The view from the living room and master bedroom was unbelievable. We had a great time but there were only 6 adults.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths with just about everything you need to enjoy a beach getaway. Garage is fully stocked with bikes, toys, boards, scooters, extra kitchen appliances. Kitchen has what you need to cook, have coffee, make s’mores, you name it. Ocean front with a large patio for indoor/outdoor entertaining. Easy to watch kids play in sand. This side of beach seems to be less populated than the other side of Belmont park. Has all the towels you need. Literally just come with your clothes and food and you’ll be set! The only drawback we found was the noise from upstairs, but only noticeable during quiet hours. Hope to be back :)

We had a great time and the family had lots to do in the surrounding area. There were a couple of things as we noticed which was there were three pictures in the hallway instead of one. We just wanted you to take note of that. Also, one of the lounge chairs on the patio had a rip in it that was already like that. We accidentally grabbed the iron because it looks just like the one we brought but will be returning it as soon as possible. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We're even considering staying here again sometime next year. Have a great Mother's Day!

We, overall, truly enjoyed our stay. The location and proximity to the beach were huge wins. We were walking distance to restaurants and bars, another plus. The only drawback was from 7:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. on Friday, April 28th there was extremely loud dance music coming from the upstairs neighbors; music loud enough to vibrate the ceiling and make it difficult to sleep. I’m all for letting loose but with the amount of money we spent, the upstairs neighbors should have shown a little more restraint. Other than the music issue, everything went great.

The location is lovely. Our family had a great spring break. We visited the zoo and the beach several times in spite of a couple of rainy cold days. We experienced quite a bit of noise from the guests in unit above but property mgr helped by making calls first night. The air traffic is loud as well until around 11pm then resumes around 7 am. Overall, the location was ideal for walking right out onto beach with kids to play!

This beachy themed house is RIGHT ON THE OCEAN!!! The patio goes to the boardwalk and a few step beyond, right onto the beach and the ocean! The house is very comfortably appointed. There were five women on this trip and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. The house has a cute beach theme and in my opinion, it should - given it's location! The patio was a huge draw for us. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and on the first morning, we even watched the dolphins playing in the ocean just past the surfers. So VERY cool! If you think a place like this is just for the summer, you'd be so wrong!! Definitely recommend.

First, Julie, the owner, was available to answer any questions we had concerning the property. Very much appreciated! The location is closer to Belmont Park which we loved. The outdoor space is the very best and the fire pit is a huge bonus. Living space with large kitchen made it easy for the six of us to enjoy cooking and talking with the ocean view in the background. Made some great memories!
