About this villa rental
The villa is located in Vale de Parra just 5 minutes drive from Praia da Galé beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end and a gated fence around the pool perfect for the children.
Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With three double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE
Spacious lounge dining room 25m2, with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 7 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony and barbecue area.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a extra bed in the lounge for an extra sleep.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, Free Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have queen size bed and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
BALCONY
7 chairs table and clothes airer.
POOL
Private pool, with a shallow end and a gated fence around the pool perfect for the children. Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.
PRIVATE PARKING
Private parking outside in property for three cars.

Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT included in the booking).

The property was extremely clean and well set out for our arrival with plenty of crockery, cutlery, bedding, bathroom towels and pool towels. We didn’t need for anything. Nuno, the host, was easily reachable by text and phone and did, in fact, speedily deal with a small key safe problem on our arrival. Nuno’s English is excellent. The property is very spacious and extremely comfortable with plenty of seating and beds. Three bedrooms and three toilets, two with showers. All exceptionally clean on arrival. The pool is a good size with steps down into the shallow end. Deep end I’d estimate at about 200cm. The pool is fenced off from the rest of the property to make it child safe. The pool was cleaned three time in our two week stay and always looked fresh and clean. The property is just out of the town of Vale de Parra but a fifteen minute walk takes you to the far side of the town to the excellent Docaria Almeixar bistro and the Sao Domingo’s Restaurant both of which are to be recommended. Nearer to the villa, seven/eight minute walk, is the excellent Cozinha do Claúdio - never been disappointed with a meal in this family run restaurant. There is a good sized Aldi in Parra itself and a ten minute drive away is a very good Apolonia supermarket. All in all we would definitely recommend this villa and its host. We hope to return sometime in the future ourselves.

Wow – what a villa! We had the best time here. The place is gorgeous, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was amazing – we spent most days just chilling there in the sun, and the outdoor space was perfect for evenings with a drink.The location is great too – nice and peaceful but only a short drive to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The hosts were lovely and really helpful, which made everything so easy.Nuno was a great host, communication was on point. We had an issue with the pool one day (slightly cloudy), he came round in person to have a look and had someone come round and sort it the same day. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! Already planning our next trip back.

We really enjoyed the villa. There was plenty of space and the facilities where well presented and perf cr for what we needed.

My whole family moved in for the week and it was amazing. From the 1 year old to the 54 year old had everything we needed.
We cooked full meals and also went out to the old town and marina. A car is needed for shopping and restaurants but the privacy you got made it worth it.
We will defiantly use again if we all visit the area. I would also recommend to family and friends.
The contact and support from the owner/ agent was amazing from start to finish.
