Whether you're swimming in the indoor pool, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying movie night under the stars, this 3-story, 5-bedroom cabin was built for unforgettable group getaways.

Indoor Swimming Pool – Year-round fun, rain or shine. Pool is kept at 84 degrees year round
Hot Tub with Mountain Views – Private and serene
16' x 20' Covered Pavilion – Propane fireplace, Bluetooth speakers, and a movie projector for cozy outdoor nights
Game Room – Pool table, arcade, books, and family games
3200 SF of Living Space – Plenty of room for everyone, dedicated work space
This is not a third-party-managed cabin. I'm Kristi, the owner, and we personally care for Smoky Waters Lodge with quarterly family stays to ensure everything is in top shape. You’ll feel the difference.
🛏 Bedroom Setup:
4 King Bedrooms with quality linens and furnishings
1 Bunk Room (Twin over Full)
Sleeper Sofa in Game Room
4 Full Bathrooms + 2 Half Baths (one on each floor)
🍳 Inside the Lodge:
Open-concept chef’s kitchen with modern appliances, crock pot, rice cooker, toaster, blender
Electric fireplace in the living room
75" smart TVs in both the living room and game room
High chair and pack & play provided (bring your own sheets)
Professionally decorated with high-end finishes
Wi-Fi via Starlink (fast, but may vary in storms)
Starter pack of dish soaps, bath soaps, toilet paper and paper towels provided to help get you settled in.
🌄 Outside the Lodge:
Expansive covered decks on both levels with rocking chairs and dining space
Movie projector and Bluetooth audio in the pavilion
Charcoal grill for outdoor cooking
Parking for up to 4 vehicles
Private wooded lot with peaceful views
📍 Location Highlights:
15 minutes to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge Strip
Nearby Walmart, grocery stores, and The Appalachian restaurant (we highly recommend, and make reservations!)
✅ Booking Details:
Minimum age to book: 25+
4.6+ star guest rating required
Signed rental agreement and liability waiver required within 24 hours of booking
5% cancellation fee for guest-initiated cancellations
No pets - we are dander free! (severe allergies in our family)
No smoking, vaping, glitter, hair dye, or tape
Travel insurance is strongly recommended
⚠️ Important Notes:
Outdoor areas (decks, pavilion, stairs) can be slippery—use caution, especially with children.
This is bear country—lock vehicles and do not leave food or trash outside. We are in the woods so critters and pests may try to join your vacation. If so, please let us know.
Internet may briefly go out during storms; we’re on Starlink, which is performing well in this location.
No furniture or pool table relocation, and no food in the pavilion fireplace.
This is a home, not a hotel—please treat it with care.
