All you could need and exactly as advertised. Randomly ended up down the road from the person we were visiting and super close to Mesa Verde.

Great accommodation, big room with great views on valley and mountains. The sun on the balcony in the morning is very nice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Jeff and Renee's place was wonderful. Everything from the amenities, space, accommodations, views from his deck, and proximity to Mesa Verde Park were great. Jeff was super helpful and always reachable by phone, although we did see him from time to time on his property, which was comforting. We highly recommend his vacation property when you are planning a trip to the park and the surrounding areas.
