About this apartment rental
At "615@The Beach" our guests will enjoy a spacious living room, a balcony overlooking the Gulf, accessed through the living room, with patio furniture. The kitchen with an island, stocked with all of the items to make everyone feel at home. This unit has been updated with all new 2021 appliances, flooring, furniture, bedding, and bath linens. Each room has its own theme, chosen by members of our family. It has new Smart TV's, 55 inches in the king bedroom, and 65 inch in the living room.
The maximum capacity for this unit is 6 guests. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN AND INFANTS UNDER 2 YEARS OLD.
Per Panama City Beach fire codes. We cannot exceed 6 guests’ period.
During spring break, we only accept guests 21+, with established VRBO profiles and positive reviews.

From the very first moment I booked this condo, Annette and her daughter in love were communicating with me and they went above and beyond expectations, even after we checked out! And the condo was clean and honestly felt like a home. Thank you again for everything!
