About this house rental
Relax Luxury House S'Arena Scoada, located just over 1 km from the sea, is part of a single property divided into two completely independent houses, each with separate entrances on opposite sides. Nestled in the Mediterranean scrub, surrounded by a green lawn, and shaded by a small pine grove, the unit is laid out on a single floor and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, an additional guest bathroom, and two verandas—one at the front and one at the back of the house. The back veranda, a true relaxation area with lounge chairs, sofas, a dining table, and a large barbecue, overlooks the stunning Sale ‘e Porcus salt flat, which from fall through late spring—and sometimes even in summer—offers the spectacular sight of pink flamingos, for whom the salt flat serves as their natural habitat. Our guests can enjoy the peace and relaxation of this place without sacrificing any comforts. In fact, both indoors and outdoors, they’ll find everything they need to make the most of their vacation. Equipped with air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, satellite TV, a refrigerator, and a hair dryer in every room—as well as all the necessary dishes, sheets, and towels—it is sure to meet all your needs.

We were heartily welcome by Gianfilippo and his wife. They have prepared the house with some welcome gifts and nice decoration. The house is well equipped with everything. We want it quiet, and that it is. However just 20 min away from very nice beaches (Mari Ermi, is Aritas, Maimoni). We have enjoyed it very much and would recommend it definitely, however you need a car.

We had a great long weekend break, enjoying the quiet tucked away location of this home (whilst short drive away to lovely beaches) and the luxury touches ... great aircon, showers, mattresses. Fantastic

We stayed here for 10 days with our 2 kids and friends , who occupied the house next door with their 2 children. Both properties are a great place to relax and explore the Sinis peninsula and further afield. Both houses are completely renovated and beautifully furnished as well as equipped with everything you need.
The aircon kept us all nice and cool and we loved sitting outside under the porch in the evenings with a great view down to the Salt Lake.
The area itself is very relaxed and has a lovely feel to it, the local beach is great and the villages around offer a couple of good places to eat. Cagliari is only 1.5 hours and we managed a trip to Alghero (2 hours) as well as most of the beautiful beaches around. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
