This 3- bedroom house has 3 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor kitchen and 2 living rooms.
Private outdoor swimming pool is surrouded by sun loungers and parasols, and guests can also relax on an outdoor dining area.
Villa has a konoba, a room traditional for Istria, where guests can relax an prepare delicious meals.

Nedescina has an old castle (19th century) surrounded by a park with a lot of plant species.
Scuba center is located in Sv. Marina.
This area is characteristic for a lot of wine roads.

We loved everything! Let me start by saying that the hosts were absolutely friendly and helpful. Vidas and his wife made sure everything met our needs. Upon arrival, we received homemade wine and pastries. Upon departure, they made pancakes for the road. The holiday home is well-maintained and very well-maintained, not far from restaurants, beaches, supermarkets... a true gem, with everything you need within a short drive. Large and well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens, several decent bathrooms, a large and clean pool, and a large garden with plenty of garden furniture for everyone. Air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, although the house stays very cool, even on hot days. We only used the air conditioning twice. Large flat-screen TV combined with high-speed internet. The property is fenced. No shortcomings or defects noted. Ideal base for Labin, Pula, Rovinj, and Opatija. Definitely worth repeating...without a doubt! PS. Beach Bobina is our favorite beach in the area = highly recommended!
