Welcome to "Toes In The Sand"! This 1st floor condo has everything a family needs to have a great week at the beach! Very clean, well-appointed and clearly labeled kitchen allows for easy access and more time for relaxation. There is a Keurig coffeemaker, with both a full pot and single serve options. The dining table seats 4, and the breakfast bar seats 4 on stools. Head over to the bar area for some refreshing drinks, with an ice-maker, a wine cooler, and a blender for some frosty treats. The living room is cozy, with a curved sofa and two soft chairs to sit and enjoy a movie or afternoon cartoons for the kiddos after that busy beach day. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortably decorated with the perfect beachy vibe, a King size bed, its own private bathroom, newly tiled shower and a corner seat for enjoying that rain-shower spray after a long sandy day at the ocean. The master also has a desk in case there a few emails you need to catch up on for work. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, large closet, and a bathroom all to itself with a large soaking tub and shower. The 3rd bedroom has two Twin beds, and its own bathroom with a brand new, stand up tiled shower. The laundry is located in the hallway inside a closet. The back porch is covered, so enjoy watching the little ones toddle around on the grass while you savor an iced cold glass of sweet tea in the shade. The community pool is close by, and has plenty of retractable loungers to catch some sun and read a good book.

PARKING: The unit allows two free parking spaces, with required parking tags. Rentals are only allowed TWO parking spots. There is NO overflow parking.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
Linens and bath towels are included with this rental-one set per person. Please bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally if needed-ask the property manager at time of booking so you can get them reserved now.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am.
Saturday to Saturday rentals during Prime Summer Season, minimum 7 days, required by HOA-no exceptions all year.

All At Waves Edge guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, ONLY IF GUESTS REPORT the DAMAGES BEFORE CHECK OUT to the PROPERTY MANAGER. Willful damages are NOT covered.
The aquarium is very close by, as well as many wonderful restaurants, shopping, and a well groomed golf course at The Country Club of the Crystal Coast. Explore Beaufort by the Sea for a day, and see the many artifacts from the Queen Anne's Revenge-Blackbeard the Pirate's infamous ship- at the Beaufort Maritime Museum. Book a deep sea fishing adventure, take an eco-tourism sailboat ride, or head by ferry to Cape Lookout Island and see the lighthouse! Don't forget about Fort Macon. Learn about the history of one of the most well-preserved forts in the United States, and see some gorgeous views. Visit the Rachel Carson Nature Preserve, go scuba diving or parasailing. There's something for everyone at the beautiful Crystal Coast!

Beautiful, clean, well organized. Living room furniture was not very comfortable but did not affect our stay as we stayed on the deck, beach and pool most of the time! Will be coming back! This is probably the best condo we have rented.

Great oceanfront condo. Beautifully renovated and well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds. Loved the bar area with it’s own commercial ice maker which we used each day to fill our coolers for the beach. Very quiet complex. Only negative was the pool is very small and could use additional sets of bath linens. Otherwise… this place is perfect! Would highly recommend!

The unit was very clean. 3 br and 3 bathrooms so plenty of space, privacy. Would have loved if single beds could have been pushed together for 1 larger bed. Enjoyed convenience so close to beach and pool. Minor issues beyond control of owner were addressed
