We left the light on for you in this unique and charming two-bedroom, top-floor condo that offers a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This recently renovated cozy unit is newly painted, has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, additional washer-dryer combo in the 2nd bedroom, and two walk-in showers. A great space you’ll love to unwind in after a busy day of exploring or working.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals, and the large dining table is ideal for gathering with family and friends. Step outside to one of your two private balconies, each attached to a bedroom, and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful views.
The master bathroom features a garden tub and a separate walk-in shower, offering you a spa-like experience. You'll also find a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ceiling fans in both the main room and bedrooms will keep you comfortable throughout your stay.
The second bedroom is a King Suite with its own washer-dryer combo, a walk-in shower, and a kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and coffee) along with a private entrance, making it perfect for added privacy. There’s also a small dining table in the suite for your convenience. For additional sleeping space, the sofa sleeper easily accommodates two extra guests (for a total of up to 6 guests).
Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 60" Samsung Smart TV in the living area. The master bedroom has a 50" Smart TV, and the second bedroom has a 55" Smart TV. All are steaming capable. Disney+, Peacock, and Paramount are included. Additional apps can be accessed via guest's personal log-in details.
Make sure to take a refreshing dip in the sparkling Laterra pool, conveniently located in the courtyard of the 955 building, right next door. Relax poolside, soak up the sun, or enjoy a swim after a day of activities.
If you're traveling with little ones, we offer baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and/or porta crib) at no charge, with just 24 hours’ notice. We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience.
For your peace of mind, we've implemented a rigorous cleaning process between stays to ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Please note that while the condo has elevator access and a safety bar in the tub/shower, it is not ADA compliant.

Our family was very satisfied with the accomodations as well as the location. The restaurants in the area were excellent. We all enjoyed our visit to Old St. Augustine as well as the world golf museum and we also made trips to Amelia Island and Daytona Beach. The golf courses in the area were reasonably priced and very nice as well.We are planning to return again within the future as well.

My family and I relocated to Florida, with the expectation our home was going to be completed within a certain date range. We thought we buffered our first short term rental with enough time, but sadly we were mistaken. Fortunately for us, someone recommended International Golf Realty, and with a little luck, they had an available unit, and at a much more reasonable rate than our initial short term rental. Wish we found them to begin with. The accommodations were more than we could have expected. The location, building, unit, is simply first class all the way. And the staff is extremely friendly and responsive, when we had one little mishap. On behalf of my family and I, thank you very much for making an already stressful relocation, a little more bearable.
