Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and their own private balconies, giving guests a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, or relax in the beautiful Florida weather.

SMART TVs & STREAMING
Entertainment is easy with three large Smart TVs: a 65" Samsung Smart TV in the main living area and 50" Smart TVs in each bedroom.
All TVs are streaming capable. Disney+, Peacock, and Paramount+ are included, and guests may access additional streaming services using their personal login information.
Ceiling fans in the main living area and both bedrooms help keep everyone comfortable throughout the stay.

A twin-size rollaway bed is also available when additional sleeping space is needed.

Our family was very satisfied with the accomodations as well as the location. The restaurants in the area were excellent. We all enjoyed our visit to Old St. Augustine as well as the world golf museum and we also made trips to Amelia Island and Daytona Beach. The golf courses in the area were reasonably priced and very nice as well.We are planning to return again within the future as well.

My family and I relocated to Florida, with the expectation our home was going to be completed within a certain date range. We thought we buffered our first short term rental with enough time, but sadly we were mistaken. Fortunately for us, someone recommended International Golf Realty, and with a little luck, they had an available unit, and at a much more reasonable rate than our initial short term rental. Wish we found them to begin with. The accommodations were more than we could have expected. The location, building, unit, is simply first class all the way. And the staff is extremely friendly and responsive, when we had one little mishap. On behalf of my family and I, thank you very much for making an already stressful relocation, a little more bearable.
