Welcome to your sun-soaked Florida escape! This stunning second-floor, two-bedroom condo offers sweeping views of the Laterra pool and courtyard from a private balcony, setting the stage for true relaxation and unforgettable moments with family and friends.
Inside, the spacious open layout is beautifully updated with laminate plank floors throughout and stylish furnishings, including a state-of-the-art zero gravity sofa and armchair featuring adjustable headrests, built-in USB ports, cup holders, reading lights, and charging stations—perfect for cozy evenings in.
The main living area includes a 55" Smart TV (streaming only with Youtube TV, Paramount+ and Peacock included) and a full kitchen stocked with essentials, ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy around the elegant high-top dining table. The master bedroom features a new Serta King innerspring mattress with Gel Memory Foam, a Samsung TV, and an ensuite bathroom with washer/dryer and grab bars in the tub/shower.
The second bedroom is a private King Suite with its own separate entrance, kitchenette (10 cu ft fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, air fryer, coffee maker, electric burner), sitting area, and 43" LG Smart TV. It also includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests and a completely renovated bathroom with floor-to-ceiling marble tile, walk-in shower, modern vanity, and new fixtures.

Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.

Very nice apartment with comfortable seating and nice balcony overlooking the pool. The directions to the lifts/apartments could have been better. Host responded quickly to an issue we had. Disappointed not to have any recycling facilities in the complex.

Enjoyed golfing, pickleball, Laos in pool, working out in gym, trips to the beach and then dinners in historic Saint Augustine

We had a wonderful stay at Laterra. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean and thoughtfully equipped. We only had two problems during our stay – a chain-smoking neighbor and some reckless teenagers at the pool. Obviously neither of these things are within the control of our property owner but we wished that the condo management would have been more effective and present. The building, grounds, and owners we met were wonderful. Some of the short term guests –not so much. But overall, we can say that this property is now a favorite.
