Beautifully updated home close to everything Scottsdale has to offer- shopping, dining, golf, hiking, sports and more!
The perfect home for families or groups of any age, located in a quiet neighborhood.
The backyard has a putting green, swimming pool (NOT HEATED), floats, lounge chairs, umbrellas, shaded patio with ceiling fans and many seating options, lawn games and propane grill.
The single story home includes 2 distinct living areas with many seating options, a 50” smart TV, shuffleboard table, electric color-changing fireplace (optional heat), books and games. The separate dining room seats 6. There is a fully stocked kitchen including:
-Keurig and drip coffee maker
-blender
-toaster
-crockpot
-pots, pans, cooking utensils
-basic cooking oils and spices
-bar essentials (wine, margarita, mule drinkwear; cocktail shaker/tools)
The secluded master suite features a king bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and workspace.
There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a queen size air mattress for additional guests. The main bathroom includes double sinks, shower/tub, and door with direct access to the backyard.
Grocery/alcohol stocking available prior to your arrival. Ask for details!

Very nice stay — great for friends! Jennifer was a fabulous host! Pool was great, used the grill and all was very clean!

Clean property. Very private and safe location. One of the only drawbacks I had during my stay (which is not really any fault of the owners) is all the birds chirping extremely loud 24/7 at this location. I sat outside on the patio wearing headphones most of the time because the birds were that loud, felt like they were sitting on my shoulder chirping directly into my ears lol (was woken up multiple times at like 2am because they were still going at it). If you love extremely loud birds that never sleep or stop chirping then this will be paradise for you. Host didn’t really check in w/ me that often to see if I ever rly needed anything or how it was going but not that big of a deal. Side note: I would maybe consider leaving future guests a garage door opener so that way you don’t have to keep getting in and out of the car every time you leave/arrive to open/close the garage door (minor inconvenience). Also wasn’t a huge fan of the hand soap (weird smell to it). Value for money spent was okay in my opinion. Def not a bad place by any means tho. Just trying to be honest. I still enjoyed my stay. 4/5 stars overall. Thanks for hosting me.

The location and home was exactly as described. My adult children and I had a wonderful time in Scottsdale, the pool was delightful and well used during our time:-). The host(s) were communicative and honestly the check in/out process a breeze. HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone wanting privacy and proximately to local venue and restaurants. We loved our stay here.
