Easy walking distance to downtown and the historic Kyle House, home of Polite Coffee company with its coffee uniquely roasted in Bryan. Together with The Hideaway and The Magnolia Bloom apartments a family could have the entire second floor landing to themselves. A fully equipped kitchen and an in-apartment washer and dryer make this more than a sleepover.

Great place! Parking is easy and feels safe. Apartment was great. Had everything we needed. Overall a good experience. Will stay here again.

Very clean and cute apartment with everything we needed. Since we had never stayed in the area before, we really didn’t know where everything was located. We were there for a volleyball tournament, so we did not attend any wineries.
