Enjoy this cozy 3 bed/2 bath home with tons of outdoor space and sleeping quarters! Just 4 miles from Kyle Field, 2 miles from Downtown Bryan, and 5 miles from Easterwood Airport, this is a great home for both Aggie gamedays and everyday visits to Aggieland. The large backyard is great for playing football, soccer or simply hanging out. Quick access to 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Pkwy), University Dr., Texas Ave., Villa Maria Rd., and Wellborn.

Kitchen and laundry essentials are included as well as toiletries. The house will be stocked with cooking essentials (seasonings and equipment) and bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, razors, soap, etc.).

House was very clean, nice sized back yard in a quiet neighborhood. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and made relaxing after a hard day at volleyball enjoyable.
