Host was very accommodating. Location was great. House was clean and suitable for our group.

Comfortable. Easy to get around.

The house is really large and clean. It is further away from things than I expected. Positive note is that Uber drivers were always quick and reasonable. 7 to 10 dollars to broadway can’t beat that. The neighborhood is a little dicey. I would stay here again

This house is NOT in the Gulch. False adv.This house is in Edgehill, it’s between 12 S & the Gulch.I picked this house thinking we were in the Gulch. The pros and cons Pros-quick Uber ride to 12 S & to the Gulch and Broadway $10-$13 The house is very nice. Lots of space. Pretty clean, but needs a better cleaning serv. The area was quiet and we felt safe. The surrounding area is low income housing/projects FYI. Nothing in walking distance to get coffee or food. I reached out to the property manager she responded immediately. Her mannerism wasn’t the best and condescending. The shower curtain was disgusting with mold not the liner, the lights in the kitchen were covered in dust. We cleaned it all ourselves. The garbage was in the garage and was filled to the top from the prev renters.The smell was coming in the house.The prop manager should have done a walk thru before. Or show up to the house when told.She was very busy. Big PRO checking in early and checking out late def NOT returning
