• BEDROOM 2 (upstairs): Queensize bed (160x200), walk-in closet and roof window (Velux)
• BATHROOM: Shower, vanity with washbasin and toilet
• OUTDOOR SPACES: Small balcony with table and chairs

Apartment located on the 3rd floor without elevator

The apartment as bedding and linen are cleaned exclusively by professionals, before and after rental (service included).

In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, thank you for making sure to remove as much sand from your belongings and your clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the shower!

The location of the property is very good, close to the train station, the center and not very far from the beach.
The property, although there is room for improvement, is properly equipped and furnished with spacious and comfortable beds.
I recommend this property and we will definitely return.
