Ideally located just a few steps from the train station, the main points of interest are easily accessible on foot: the Palais des Festivals, the famous Croisette, the Midi beaches, the picturesque Suquet district, as well as the city center's restaurants and boutiques.
Whether for a leisure stay with family or friends, or a business trip, guests will find all the comfort they need, just like at home.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.
