My family of 3 stayed at the Cotton Candy house for two weeks. It is a wonderful location with great access to the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. The property management company was very responsive to every inquiry we had while staying at the property. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the pool as it was freezing cold (although advertised as being heated). When they say they don't provide anything for the beach, they are not joking, not even a beach towel. This was a new experience as we have rented several homes by the beach before and they usually come with kids sand bucket, umbrella, etc. We ended up have to buy A LOT of things during our stay down to salt and pepper shakers (usually left by previous tenants) which offset the cost savings on the weekly rate. I guess you pay for what you get! Overall, it was a good experience.

Superb location! Property was clean and cozy when we arrived. Phillip, fromthe rental company, was excellent in checking in to ensure we had all that we needed. Within minutes of beach, pool, shopping, and dining. Pool is only heated twice a year from what a local resident told me, making the water very cold. Safe for running to stay active as well.

The property was great! Very clean and nicely decorated. We loved how the yard became totally fenced in when the gate was closed. We often stay in this area of Destin because it is very close to shops and restaurants.
