Absolutely loved the house! It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the sidewalks all throughout the neighborhoods. We walked to the beach several times as it was so close. Saw the pool but didn’t get in.

Great little property close to the pool. The beach is a short walk, but very do-able. House is a bit dated, but very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Destin was wonderful. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the outdoor living space was perfect for reading and relaxing.

The furnishings are sub par. The kitchen is poorly equipped. While it might be OK for a very short stay, not for a longer stay. The furniture is old and painted. The couches need replacing, worn cushions and very low to the ground. Even the beach furniture needs to be replaced, I’ve owned STR’s for well over 14 years and I would never let my patrons experience this.Location was fine but comfort neglected.
