We had a nice stay overall. The room was a good size and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The A/C worked great, which was especially appreciated, and the location is walking distance to the beach in Ocean Park.
During our visit (April 2026), the building was under construction, so there was some ongoing work, but it didn’t significantly impact our stay.
The host was very friendly and responsive at check-in, which made arrival smooth and easy. When we later asked about an early checkout, we weren’t able to connect again, but everything else went smoothly overall.
One small note: during rainy weather, there was a bit of water coming into the room, likely due to the construction. It wasn’t a major issue, and supplies were available to take care of it.
We also appreciated that paper towels were provided (as others have mentioned). A small suggestion would be to include an extension cord for the coffee maker for added convenience.
