This house is in a quite residential neighborhood, so absolutely no parties, no events, no extra guests and no loud noises please.Guests, have exclusive access to the whole house and the private, fenced backyard. The code of the electronic lock will be provided on check in day, at 9:00am.

The pics and descriptions were accurate. House was close to the spring training facilities we wanted to see games at and close to the mall where we could get decent food.
